Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, I had the hotels noisy extractor system located right outside my window. The service was mixed, with prompt interventions but also delays in communication. The location was great with an amazing view overlooking the river, but the rooms could do with an upgrade. The dining experience offered good and plentiful options, yet some dishes were burnt and hard. The facilities were satisfactory, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is in a lovely location for a little walk but the rooms were a little stuffy due to the conversion of three rooms. My room was very dirty, although my friend's room was spotless and way more modern.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room setup with limited amenities was a bit frustrating, and the decor felt a bit outdated. However, the personalized heating system was a plus point, allowing me to adjust to my preferred temperature easily. The service was generally relaxing, despite some awkward moments, and the location was very convenient for my activities. The dining experience offered a good variety, although some offerings felt limited due to current circumstances.
